Alcatel names head of Lucent

Alcatel has appointed
Christian Reinaudo, a member of
the Alcatel executive committee
and currently president of
Alcatel Asia Pacific, to head
the project team managing the
integration of Lucent
Technologies with Alcatel.
The company said detailed
information on the integration
project team would be announced
soon.
Reinaudo, a 28 year veteran of
Alcatel, will be replace as head
of Alcatel Asia Pacific by
Frédéric Rose, formerly
president of Alcatel's
integration and services
activities, and Rose's old role
will be taken by Stéphane
Terranova.
Reinaudo has been president of
Alcatel Asia Pacific since 2003
and before that was president of
Alcatel's submarine networks and
of Alcatel Optics.
